Briddlesford Guernsey Butter
The family had been making butter at Briddlesford since our arrival in 1923, however due to the changing nature of the dairy industry in recent years we stopped production and focused primarily on milk. Recently this all changed and we are now back producing butter, and it is seriously good

Keep it simple – spread an indulgent layer on slice of crispy toast or fresh baguette and simply enjoy the rich flavour of Guernsey butter.
