Briddlesford Gouda

Our Gouda is a young cheese, matured for a minimum of two months. It has a wonderful texture that is both silky and smooth on the palate. This semi hard cheese has a springy feel at first which gives way to a wonderful buttery, nutty aroma.

Available in 4kg whole cheeses or 190g pre packed portions

Tip: Try smoking over hickory wood chips for an almost bacon-like flavour, then serve on biscuits and wash down with good a pint of ale.
