Café
At Briddlesford Café, Guernsey milk from the farm gives every coffee a naturally rich, smooth finish.
Food is rooted in what Briddlesford does best: quality dairy and carefully sourced Island produce. Breakfasts are a highlight, where Briddlesford butter, local sausages, mushrooms and eggs come together in simple, well-made dishes that have become firm favourites.
The menu also features standout products from the farm itself, including Briddlesford veal burgers and beef from retired dairy cows, reflecting a whole-farm approach that values provenance and responsible farming.
Opened in 2009, following the launch of the farm shop in 2005, the café is set within a converted barn that once housed the herd through the winter. Designed by Lincoln Miles, it remains closely connected to the working farm, while offering a relaxed and welcoming place to eat.
Briddlesford Café is run by Chris Griffin, wife of Paul Griffin and great-granddaughter-in-law of founder Charles Griffin, with a friendly team on hand to ensure every visit is an enjoyable one.
